What JetSetCheap is
JetSetCheap is a search and comparison site. We don't sell tickets or travel services, and we're not a travel agency or airline. When you book, your contract is with the seller (the airline, travel agency, hotel or other provider), under their terms.
Prices and availability
Prices, schedules and availability come from third parties and change often. We don't guarantee that any price shown or quoted is current, complete or available. The seller's site shows the final price; check it before you pay.
Your trip
You're responsible for checking passports, visas, health requirements and other entry rules for your trip, and for the details you enter when booking.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to partner and third-party websites, and our Search page shows results provided by Travelpayouts. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, products, services or privacy practices.
Translations
We offer pages in several languages. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version applies.
Commissions
We may earn a commission when you book through our links. This never changes the price you pay. See our affiliate disclosure.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to it, and no automated scraping of our pages or price data.
Content and trademarks
The design and text of JetSetCheap belong to us. Airline, agency and brand names belong to their owners and are used only to describe the services we link to.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, JetSetCheap isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from bookings, services or content provided by third parties.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed.
